How does an M+ Series installation work?
The network forms automatically
Adding a panel is as simple as powering it on. It identifies nearby devices and joins the network without requiring any configuration of the resident’s Wi-Fi.
The network can reroute itself
If one communication path becomes unavailable, messages automatically take another route. This gives data multiple possible paths through the building.
The M+ Series uses Wi-SUN FAN technology, which is based on open standards including IEEE 802.15.4g and IPv6 and is used in critical infrastructure networks.
