How your system works

Your Water-Protec system continuously monitors the critical areas of your property.

When water is detected:

Important: Water supply remains off until the system is reset.

What to do when an alarm triggers

4 steps to resolve a water detection alarm

Silence

  • Press the SILENCE button on the control panel to stop the audible alarm.

Identify

  • Locate the triggered sensor on the control panel (red LED).
  • Note its number to find the affected zone.

Inspect

  • Locate the water source in the sensor's zone.
  • Address the source (stop the leak or shut off the appliance).
  • Thoroughly dry the sensor and the surface it rests on.
  • If water has entered the sensor housing, replace it immediately.
  • Return the sensor to its original position.

Reset

  • Wait at least 2 minutes after repositioning the dry sensor.
  • Press the RESET button.
  • All LED lights will turn green.
  • STANDBY MODE If all lights are off, the system is in standby mode. Press SILENCE or RESET to exit standby and restore the LED indicators.
  • If reset fails: the sensor is not fully dry or may be defective. Inspect again or contact our technical support team.
